Enjoy, Enilive’s car sharing service, is changing.
New Service Features
From January 12, 2026, the operational procedures for vehicle rentals have changed in Milan, Turin, and Florence. As of January 21, 2026, these changes have also been implemented in Rome and Bologna.
To maintain a higher standard of care for Enjoy cars, monitor vehicle conditions, and address any maintenance needs, Enjoy service vehicles will now be associated exclusively with Enjoy Points—dedicated areas located within Enilive service stations and at various airports and train stations, where customers can start and end their rentals.
Enjoy customers will no longer be able to start or end rentals at any location within the coverage area. Additionally, access to ZTL (restricted traffic zones) will no longer be allowed, and if parking on blue lines, Enjoy users must pay the ticket according to the rates set by local authorities.
Rental Procedures and Availability
Customers can continue to travel throughout Italy, even for multiple days, but rentals must be concluded within an enabled Enjoy Point in the departure coverage area.
As is already the case at over 150 Enjoy Points in 80 cities in Italy, the new Enjoy Points in Milan, Turin, Florence, Rome, and Bologna will allow customers to rent cars immediately or reserve vehicles up to 24 hours before departure, choosing the rental duration and rate that best suit their needs.
In Milan, Turin, Florence, Rome, and Bologna, Enjoy Points will be located at numerous Enilive service stations in strategic locations for public transport connections or near points of interest.
All Enjoy Points will be indicated in the Enjoy App and on the Enjoy website, where customers can also view real-time updated rental rates.
New Payment Methods
Enjoy’s payment methods have also changed: from January 21, 2026, for all customers, only credit/debit cards and PayPal will be enabled to rent a vehicle (prepaid cards will no longer be accepted).
IMPORTANT: vouchers can only be used if another valid payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal – prepaid cards are not valid) is added in the App.
